If you are a fan of Pinterest or maybe you love to experiment with cocktails then you may have come across these adult popsicles. These pineapple flavored treats with a hint of lime and mint are flavorful and sweet, perfect for your next social gathering.
Start by juicing the pineapple if you don’t have a juicer it may be best to just purchase the pineapple juice-organic for best results.
Mix all the above ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed. It will be a bit frothy but that’s totally fine just make sure when you pour the mixture that you do not pour too much froth into the popsicle molds. If you do, then you will end up with air-filled popsicles once its frozen.
Now for the clothespins, bet you were wondering why the heck do I need clothespins? You clip the close pins, paper clips, or some type of tool to hold them together to keep them from sinking down to the bottom of the mold while they are freezing.
Remember since alcohol does not freeze it will take longer for them to freeze completely. This is why freezing them overnight is preferred so do plan to serve them for the next day.
Once they are frozen solid just run some water over the outside of the mold and the popsicles should slide right out.
